SCREEN SHARING
BoomerTech uses secure screen sharing software to temporarily see your screen and control your mouse. This software is installed at the beginning of the session and can either be deleted at the end or kept for a future appointment.

SCREEN SHARING IS SECURE

Screen sharing is password protected for your security. Each time BoomerTech connects to your computer or smartphone, a unique code is generated. You must grant permission by giving this code over the phone so your device can be viewed. After quitting the session, that code is no longer valid.
